Sliding scale - $1 to $100. Bring your mat or a towel. The Yoga class will be taught by Pamela Wilson who is a certified yoga teacher, trained by the Sivananda Yoga Organization. She has twenty years’ experience teaching in yoga centers and ashrams in the US, Canada, and the Bahamas, churches, schools, health clubs and spas, and at special events, including Coalition for Labor Union Women (CLUW) health fairs, Youth Hostel Association trips and programs for young men who have been involved with the criminal justice system.
