May 8:

Labor Community Meeting:
How to Build the Movement for Universal Health Care With Single Payer Financing

What is the best way to build a movement for universal healthcare security? Many groups struggle with the question of how best to use their limited resources of time and money. Should we campaign for what we want, even if chances are slim for achieving victory this year, or should we look to the pollsters for guidance on what should be our “realistic” aim? We have five speakers who have wrestled with this question for years.
