April 6: Tell Obama You Want Single Payer Healthcare

Monday, April 6: Tell Obama You Want Single Payer Healthcare

Take the SF Single Payer Bus to Obama's regional universal healthcare summit in Los Angeles.

On Monday, April 6, the White House is organizing its final regional healthcare summit.  Previous summits have been very scripted, and it has been nearly impossible for the single payer  supporters to be heard.  Most of the invited attendees have said that the single payer option and support for HR 676 is “off the table” for discussion.  Rally at the meeting to let Obama know that you support singlepayer as the only viable solution.

The single payer healthcare option is California’s vision for reform.  California’s legislature has twice voted to support a universal healthcare reform that excludes the insurance industry.  Join us in Los Angeles to inform the White House of California’s Vision for Healthcare.
